The good news though: this weather is perfect for soup - which I happen to love :) I made broccoli soup the other day, and it was so good and healthy - and soooo easy to make!
Just cut an onion...

... 250 grams of leek (about 2 or 3 stems)...

... one piece of broccoli and a potato...

... and throw it all together in a pan.

Fry for a bit in some butter, add 1,5 liter of water and 3 chicken bouillon cubes, and then cook for 30 minutes. Blend it all together, and add some cream if you like.
And there you go: easy as pie broccoli soup :)

Perfect for dinner or lunch! Especially when it keeps raining... and raining... and raining... ;)
Oh! Thank you for a warming soup recipe on a Saturday night in August! It's so cold and wet here that I just might make it. Can't wait for winter if this is summer.
