Listening to: Passion Pit
The good news: my neck and shoulders are doing much better after a week of using severe muscle relaxants!! No more constant pain - YAY!!! :)
The bad news: crafting is still a big no-no... :( I made an exception for an art swap organized by Micki from The Secret Hermit, but I could only craft 10 minutes at a time, and that's just not enough when it comes down to crafting...
(I did manage to finish my part of the swap though, so more on that later!! :)
For now, I'll just have to be patient and hope I'll be able to craft more and more over the upcoming months.
In the meantime I'll just listen to one of my favorite songs of all time: Sleepyhead by Passion Pit!!!! :)

I absolutely ADORE this latest video from the Gorillaz!
The animations are pure eye candy if you ask me and so perfectly in tune with the song! I also love the incoherence of it all - from Noodles shooting at pirates in planes to Snoop Dogg in a submarine :) Here's for hoping they'll pick up where they left off in their next video!!

Today I couldn't be bothered. I should've gone shopping for a summer coat!! I should've done any of the other things I was supposed to do!! Instead I spent my time...

Oeps...
Misschien had ik even moeten zeggen dat ik een time-out ging nemen… :S Want de afgelopen weken gingen op aan overuren op werk, zorgen voor drie hele wilde ratjes, de eerste versie van een nieuw kort verhaal, het huishouden & andere vreselijke verplichtingen en slapen… Mails werden niet beantwoord, post werd niet geopend, het nieuws werd niet gevolgd.
En toen was het opeens november. En was het herfst. En waren de ratjes groot.

Listening to Beirut - Scenic World
En zo kan het natuurlijk ook: a capella door de Carleton Singing Knights, een studentenkoor dat over zichzelf zegt: 'When we're not covering things that shouldn't be covered, we're probably hitting each other in the face and calling it a game or streaking our own concerts.'
En dat verbaasd me inderdaad niets na het zien van dit zootje ongeregeld... ;)
